These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which WattsWatt Technologies Ltd (“WattsWatt”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides services to you. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
WattsWatt Technologies Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16174515, with its registered office at Parker House, 44 Stafford Road, Wallington, SM6 9AA. Our service provides independent tariff recommendations based on household energy usage.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over.
- You must be the account holder or authorised to access your household’s energy data.
- Our service is currently intended for residential customers only.
3. Our Service
- We provide tariff recommendations using smart meter data or information supplied by you.
- We do not switch energy suppliers automatically without your permission. You are responsible for making tariff choices and we notify the new supplier on your behalf.
- Tariffs are correct at the time of quoting and can change within 24 hours.
4. Smart Meter and Billing Data
With your explicit consent, we securely access your smart meter data (read-only) to assess usage and recommend tariffs. If you do not have a smart meter, you may provide billing or usage data directly. Data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Charges
The WattsWatt service is free of charge.
6. Your Responsibilities
- You must ensure that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You must keep your account login details secure and not share them with others.
- If using the service on behalf of a third party, you must have proof of permission to act on their behalf.
- You must use our service only for lawful purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our service. We are not liable for:
- Any changes to tariffs made by suppliers, or supplier decisions.

All intellectual property rights in the WattsWatt website, branding and content remain the property of WattsWatt Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the service without prior written consent. WattsWatt and TariffChecker are registered trademarks.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for technical, legal or regulatory reasons.

11. Changes to these Terms
